The knife block’s secret is found in the slots: Each slot for fine edged knives (paring, slicing and chef's knives) has two built-in ceramic sharpeners arranged at the ideal sharpening angle. Each time you remove or replace a knife, its edge is automatically aligned and the knives are kept sharp and ready at all times without any additional effort.
